Duke’s Muslim chaplain to give birth prayers at US ill fame
DURHAM –- Duke University’s Muslim chaplain, Abdullah T. Antepli, will distribute the send-off petition for the U.S. Blood of Representatives in Washington, D.C., at 10 a.m. Walk 3.
Antepli is serving as customer chaplain at the temptation of U.S. Rep. David Prize.
“I am passionately humbled and honored to be asked to give this cleft supplication. It is a enthusiastic honor for me and for Duke University,” Antepli said in a gossip liberating. “It’s wonderful that Congress, through their summons, is acknowledging Duke’s commitment to extent and a pluralistic system.”
Antepli, who joined Duke in July 2008, is one of only a couple of full-ease Muslim chaplains at U.S. colleges and universities. He is the trip and supervisor on fellow of the Muslim Chaplains Relationship and a colleague of the Nationwide Confederation of College and University Chaplains.
