Should I wash my Track spike shoes before putting new spikes into them?
I was wondering if like i should take a sponge (or other cleaning upshot) to my track shoe where the spikes go. (the little holes and around them). It would be to get any foulness or other thing out before i put the spikes in.
THANKS for everything
If your spikes where second-hand for XC, then it's advisable to clean your whole shoe. However you just bought them, there is no genuine need to do so. Running shoes are made to survive dirt and mud. I mean, if theres a dumbfound, or a bit of track stuck

It was about making a more advisedly running
