Is there any way to make Saddle Oxfords look good?

Okay so recently my imbue with decided to make it manditory that all girls wear "cheerleader styled saddle oxfords" with knee socks(disgraceful, or white). The shoes are hideous...here's a link if you dont differentiate what they look like:
