What to Wear With...Light Green Dress Shirt?

I am contemplative of buying a shirt with this color, but unsure what I would wear it with...if jet dockers/black shoes are fine just say so.

Also, I am a creamy, pretty tanned 18 yo would this look alright on me (color and design wise)...

its a precarious color. i think it would look good on you, from what i can tell from your narrative. and french cuffs are fine. i dont usually notification guys shirt cuffs unless theyre exceptionally eccentric and in your face sort of.
