Manner mag GQ took a secure look at some of Washington's most resilient men and gave some thumbs up and some thumbs down. President Obama, of despatch, got drunk marks, and GQ make guy Glenn O'Brien even excused those frumpy dad jeans, but others in the government weren't so fortuitous.
