What are the queues like at the ticket offices at Ascot this week?

One of my labour people has lost his ticket and has to pick up a replacement when he arrives on the day. Does anyone cognizant of how long he might have to wait? He would really like to do this .. er.. nonchalantly - if achievable - not to look a plonker

The uncontrollable is actually getting into the racecourse and parking, last year on Gold Cup Day (Ladies Day) it took us an hour to voyages 3 miles and we only just arrived in time for the first race.

My boyfriend's people invited me to Ladies Day at Ascot races and I've no idea what to wear.
I recognize it's in June but I want to get ready.
I'm only sixteen so I don't want to look like I overdid everything.
Who wants to steal

oh i adoration going to the Ascot races.
I usually wear a long torch coloured dress, floaty and cute. Last year I wore a chloe outfit that's sleeveless but still covers the shoulders, it's white with a black sash to tie bullet the waist.
